Forged KLR650 piston is a high performance upgrade over stock cast
piston and the competition. The manufacturer has been producing
quality racing pistons for over 25yrs for both cars and motorcycles.
Available in stock bore or 101mm oversize.
Note: Our piston and sleeve manufacture has determined that a '96 or
later cylinder can be safely bored .005" oversize if done properly by a
competent shop. However due to the thin liners in the earlier model
cylinders, boring is not recommended and these should be resleeved
or upgraded to the later model cylinder assembly.

Forged KLR650 piston is high quality higher standard replacement
piston than OEM. Excellent workmanship and performance upgrade
over any stock piston.
Our piston and sleeve manufacturer has determined that '96 or later
cylinders can be safely bored to 101mm oversize if done properly by a
competent shop. Earlier models have thinner liners and boring is not
recommended and these should be resleeved or upgraded to the
later model cylinder assembly.
